Gather with church members from across Hampton as we join with Christians around the world for the annual World Day of Prayer, Friday, March 6th at 2pm at St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Hampton.

The World Day of Prayer is a global prayer movement of  Informed Prayer and Prayerful Action. Christians from around the world come together in spirit, uniting on a common day to pray for relevant issues affecting women and children.

Each year, a committee of women from different countries write the service materials. This year, the service has been prepared by representatives of the World Day of Prayer Committee of Nigeria.

In Canada, we are grateful for the Women’s Inter-Church Council of Canada, who distribute World Day of Prayer materials across all provinces and territories, and we stand in solidarity with each other through our prayers and actions.
