Our Annual Meeting is always an important time in the life and mission of our parish. At this meeting, we review the events and finances of the past year, approve the budget for the year ahead, and elect new parish officers.

It’s also an important time for renewing our focus on God’s vision for our parish and committing our efforts to God’s purposes.

All voting members of the parish are strongly urged to participate in the annual meeting. Your presence and discernment are vitally important to the life and mission of St.Paul’s.

Who is a voting member of the parish?
All baptized Christians who: are at least 16 years of age, worship and have been regular communicants in the parish, and who were regular contributors (financial and otherwise) to the mission of the parish during the previous year, and are not already voting members of another parish are eligible to vote at the annual meeting.
